Package Your Items
Carefully place your items in the original shipping box or any sturdy mailer, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid USPS return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized USPS location; you will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
